Abstract
Clofazimine (CAS 2030-63-9) is an important drug used in the treatment of leprosy. Its important metabolites are investigated by thin layer chromatography (TLC), HPLC (diode array) and HPLC-electrospray mass spectrometry. The resulting analytical data, extraction, isolation and characterization methods are presented. Their applicability is described for human urine analysis.Entities:
