Abstract
The authors describe 2 originals cases with a painful snap or "recurrent" elbow instability in adults after displaced supracondylar fractures in childhood, with a malunion in varus and internal rotation. Varus and internal rotation of the distal humeral epiphysis were responsible for instability because of elbow kinematic modification. Extra-articular osteotomy fixed with a plate allowed pain relief, stability, and range of motion improvement.Entities:
