Abstract
Clinically patients with brucellosis present with myalgia, malaise, and headache. Cough, usually nonproductive is a relatively common symptom (17-31%). Despite cough, physical examination of the chest is usually normal. Abnormalities on chest radiograph are seen in only 1 to 16 percent of all patients and only 40% of those with cough. There are no pathognomonic radiographic patterns. Diagnosis and treatment are presented.Entities:
