Abstract
A 38-year-old male presented with an acute anterior myocardial infarction. Immediate cardiac catheterization revealed no evidence of angiographically significant atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, but there was a subtotal occlusion of the mid-left anterior descending coronary artery from myocardial muscle bridging. The patient did well with medical management. This review details myocardial bridging and its treatment.Entities:
