Abstract
We present the case of a patient with Noonan's syndrome and massive nonimmune hydrops fetalis in whom lymphangiography was performed in the neonatal period. This demonstrated generalised lymphatic dysplasia, and we suggest a mechanism by which the lymphatic abnormalities in Noonan's syndrome may arise.Entities:
