Abstract
A 47-year-old man presented 33 years after major trauma resulting from an explosion with asymptomatic microhaematuria. An IVU, showed a completely calcified non-functioning right kidney with hypertrophic left kidney. Investigations for other causes of haematuria were negative. The results of long-term conservative management of traumatic renal infarction are reviewed.Entities:
