Abstract
A case of Lyme myocarditis manifest as a fascicular tachycardia is presented. Subtle findings of heart block in the presence of preserved ventricular function led to the correct diagnosis in this otherwise healthy patient. Treatment with ceftriaxone resolved both abnormalities.Entities:
