Abstract
This is a case study of tuberous sclerosis with unusually large facial angiofibromas. The patient had other intense skin manifestations. Histological findings in the angiofibroma included large and glial-appearing cells specific for this disease. Karyotype analysis revealed a translocation of chromosome (12q-, 15q+).Entities:
