[Therapeutic abortions: basis and ethical foundations].

For thirty years medical abortion is allowed by law. Since 1975 habits, medicine, society had tremendously changed. From a clinical study we research the different factors influencing medical abortion. We questioned foetus medical history, parents ability, medical staff, society and law about medical abortion. We were interested by ethical dilemma following severity assumption, quality of life and foetal evaluation. By the end we tried to separate medical abortion and eugenism and we suggested a practical course following ethical concerns.
