Calcific tendinitis of the pectoralis major insertion. A report of two cases.

S Ikegawa1.

We report two cases of calcific tendinitis of the pectoralis major insertion. The lesions resolved spontaneously without specific treatment. This unusual site of calcification should be kept in mind to avoid unnecessary surgical intervention.
