Abstract
Fifteen women with complex pulmonary atresia who had pregnancies were retrospectively reviewed. Although no pregnancy-related deaths occurred, complications were noted in 3 patients and risk of fetal loss and premature birth were increased, none of the 10 offspring had congenital heart disease.Entities:
