Abstract
Rudimentary horn pregnancies are rare, and are associated with a high rate of maternal morbidity and mortality. The standard treatment is laparotomy, as patients usually experience massive abdominal hemorrhage or pregnancies too large to attempt laparoscopic removal. In our patient, early sonographic discovery facilitated laparoscopic management.Entities:
