Abstract
Intramural pregnancy is one of the rarest forms of ectopic pregnancy, with only 16 cases reported thus far. The diagnosis is almost invariably retrospective after hysterectomy. I believe this is the first documented case of an intramural pregnancy diagnosed and managed by surgical laparoscopy.Mesh：
