Abstract
Three boys presented with extraoral epidermoid cysts at the ages of 21 months and 10 and 12 years respectively. These were excised satisfactorily. We suggest that submental or extraoral epidermoid cysts constitute a distinct clinical entity, may arise below the mylohyoid muscle and when small are best removed via an extraoral approach.Entities:
