Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Leukemia cutis is a rare event in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. CASE REPORT: A patient with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia developed leukemia cutis at the site of prior cervical (C2-C3) herpes zoster. DISCUSSION: Leukemia cutis on prior site of herpes zoster is exceptional. It should be differentiated from non specific skin reactions secondary to herpes zoster.Entities:
