Abstract
Treatment options for partial-thickness rotator cuff tears have included debridement and acromioplasty or open repair. The outcome of these two treatments has been difficult to assess from the literature. The results of a retrospective review of arthroscopic versus open treatment are reviewed with recommendations for a treatment algorithm.Mesh:
