Abstract
A case of a traumatic carotid cavernous sinus fistula following a gunshot wound to the face is described. Although its occurrence is rare, the diagnosis can be made in the emergency department. The presentation, pathogenesis, and management of carotid cavernous sinus fistula are discussed.Entities:
