Abstract
The structure of a complex between the HIV Revresponsive element (RRE) RNA and a fragment of the Rev protein has recently been determined by NMR. Together with previous studies of the Tat-TAR complex, these results show how RNA elements with considerable tertiary structure are able to play a more active role in directing binding to elements of protein secondary structure.Mesh:
