Inhibition of fertility in mice by passive immunization with antibodies to isolated zonae pellucidae.

Abstract

A chromatographically purified preparation of gamma globulin produced against isolated zonae pellucidae of mice was used to immunize mice. A single 2.5 mg dose totally inhibited fertility for a minimum of 11 days.
