Abstract
We report two cases of subchondral insufficiency fractures of the femoral head. Clinical manifestations of this lesion are nonspecific. Radionuclide bone scanning demonstrates early hyperactivity. Initial roentgenograms are usually normal. Magnetic resonance imaging establishes the diagnosis and rules out other conditions.Entities:
