Abstract
The evolving concept of Pharmaceutical Care knows different interpretations in different countries. In the Netherlands community pharmacists already perform several functions which may be part of the Pharmaceutical Care concept. The Dutch concept of Pharmaceutical Care is tested in the TOM and OMA-projects. Patients recognise the educational, aspects of Pharmaceutical Care and in general are content about the provision thereof.Entities:
