Uraemia due to ureteric obstruction of a solitary kidney by a vaginal ring pessary.

Abstract

An 81-year-old woman with a solitary left kidney presented with uraemia due to ureteric obstruction by a vaginal ring pessary. She made a complete recovery following removal of the pessary.
