Abstract
Computed radiography, a form of digital imaging, is being introduced in radiology departments across the country. Although many articles have been written about the advantages of computed radiography, little has been published regarding the technology's impact on radiographers' day-to-day practice. This article reviews the technology behind computed radiography and examines the tasks that radiographers need to learn in order to process digital images.Mesh:
