Abstract
The computed tomographic (CT) appearance of chylous ascites is usually that of water with corresponding attenuation coefficients. This case report depicts the fat-fluid level sign on CT (shown by supine and decubitus scans), which is pathognomonic of chylous ascites.Entities:
