Abstract
Cyclophosphamide therapy may be associated with the subsequent development of malignacies in many organs including the urinary tract. The main site in the urinary tract for development of these malignancies is the urinary bladder. Carcinoma of the kidney associated with cyclophosphamide therapy has previously been reported only in transplant recipients. The present case describes, for the first time, the development of renal cell carcinoma after treatment with cyclophosphamide in a patient with Wegener's granulomatosis.Entities:
