Abstract
Paraneoplastic neurological disorders are rare conditions caused by immune responses against tumour antigens that cross-react with neuronal antigens. In the past year, there have been advances in the definition of some of the antigens that are recognized by patients' antibodies, and new observations on the results of passive and active immunization against the antigens.Entities:
