Abstract
Recent evidence indicates that the c-Myc proto-oncogene activates transcription of cdc25A. The Cdc25A protein phosphatase is required both for progression through mitosis and for Myc-induced apoptosis, making cdc25A the most attractive Myc target gene identified so far.Entities:
