Abstract
A clinicopathologic study of a granuloma telangiectaticum is reported in 37 year-old-woman. The tumor has a reddish to white colorit. Its rapid growth, within 2 weeks and appearance as well as clinical examination suggested a neoplastic process (squamous cell carcinoma). The patient had no trauma or surgery. The histopathological examination revealed a granuloma telangiectaticum. Local excision was curative.Entities:
