Abstract
It is now apparent that interleukin 12 (IL-12) is of central significance in the regulation of immune responses. At a recent meeting, immunologists from preclinical and clinical backgrounds gathered to discuss basic concepts in IL-12 biology, and the potential of IL-12 as a target for immunointervention.Mesh:
