Abstract
We report herein the case of an asymptomatic popliteal aneurysm due to fibromuscular dysplasia in a 39-year-old woman. The aneurysm was resected and arterial continuity restored by direct end-to-end anastomosis. Pathologic findings were consistent with fibromuscular dysplasia of the media. To the best of our knowledge, this is the fourth case documented by pathologic findings in the literature.Entities:
