Abstract
Serum level of soluble forms of adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 has been evaluated in a group of patients presenting different clinical forms of uveitis. An increase in serum level of ICAM-1 has been found but not of VCAM-1. Serum level of VCAM-1 can be an useful marker of ocular inflammation in the evaluation of uveitis.Entities:
