Tessier 30 median mandibular cleft: case report and literature review.

Abstract

A median mandibular facial cleft (Tessier 30) is a rare congenital abnormality. We report on the two-stage repair of a median cleft of the lower lip and mandible and the seven-year follow-up of such a cleft.
