Abstract
We report the youngest patient with anti-glomerular basement membrane disease described in the literature to date. Age-dependent expression of the target antigen in this auto-immune disease explains the low incidence in young children. Despite adequate immunosuppression, renal function did not recover in our patient.Entities:
