Abstract
In a prospective observational study, we looked at the effects of simvastatin on cardiac function, lipids, and blood pressure after cardiac transplantation. Our study suggests that simvastatin treatment is associated with improved ejection fraction in cardiac transplant recipients independent of effects attributable to the lipid profile.Entities:
