Abstract
We describe a patient affected by infective endocarditis with aortic aneurysm, waiting for valve replacement, in which aortic cusp rupture determined sudden heart failure. Diagnosis was performed by serial transthoracic echocardiograms and successful surgical valve replacement was performed in emergency.Entities:
