Abstract
Here we report two cases of myelolipoma: one found at autopsy and the second diagnosed after thoracotomy. This tumour is very uncommon and presents great problems for the pre-operative diagnostic evaluation. Actually, the diagnosis is being made by histopathological examination, followed by immunocytochemical staining.Entities:
