Abstract
Cloacal duplication including the rectum, anus, and genitourinary organs is one of supernumerary development. Only two cases have been reported in the literature. A case with cloacal duplication is presented. The patient was an 8-year-old girl who has had fecal incontinence since birth. Successful surgical treatment was achieved by removing one rectum and exteriorizing the other through perineal raphe.Entities:
