Abstract
7 of 372 acromegalic patients had troublesome episodes of paroxysmal daytime sleep. Although 3 patients had complete remission of symptoms within a few days of pituitary implantation of isotopes, the cause of this increased frequency of narcolepsy among acromegalic patients is not known.Entities:
