Abstract
We report the case of a patient admitted for acute heart failure associated with severe dilated cardiomyopathy in whom a large hepatic tumor of the right lobe of the liver was incidentally discovered. A fine needle biopsy was performed that led to the diagnosis of angiomyo(myelo)-lipoma (AMML). The difficulties in radiological diagnosis of these very rare heterogeneous benign tumors of the liver and the interest of fine needle aspiration biopsy are discussed.Entities:
