Abstract
Septic sacroiliitis in childhood is a relatively rare condition. We describe a case of septic sacroiliitis occurring in an 11-year-old girl in whom the diagnosis was suspected on clinical findings and bone scan. Immunoscintigraphy with 99mTc-labelled antigranulocyte antibodies further supported the hypothesis for a septic origin of the disease. The clinical evolution clinched the diagnosis.Entities:
