Stimulation of antiglucagon antibodies in rabbits.

Abstract

Glucagon antibodies were generated in rabbits using two antigenic conjugates. All of the rabbits produced significant titers of sensitive antisera and many of the sera were quite specific for pancreatic glucagon.
