Abstract
We report a case of idiopathic spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea associated with marked intraventricular pneumocephalus. The patient, a 60-year-old male, presented with confusion and urinary incontinence. CT cisternography failed to provide preoperative localization of the site of leakage.Entities:
