Abstract
Cicatricial pemphigoid is a rare autoimmune blistering disease with laryngeal involvement in only 8% of cases. We report the case of a 68-year-old woman with vitiligo, primary hypothyroidism and cicatricial pemphigoid with severe laryngeal involvement necessitating tracheostomy.Entities:
