Abstract
The results of a series of 160 consecutive patients operated on for ruptured cerebral aneurysm in relation to the surgeon's seniority were studied. The outcome, as measured by the Glasgow Outcome Scale at six months, shows a difference between specialist-neurosurgeon and resident-performed ruptured cerebral aneurysm obliterations, although this difference does not reach statistical significance.Entities:
