Abstract
We report a case, in which laryngospasm developed due to a failed intubation under sedation. During ventilation tension pneumoperitoneum developed resulting in cardiac and respiratory failure. Laparotomy revealed two tears on the lesser curvature of the stomach. Factors influencing stomach rupture are discussed.Entities:
