Abstract
Formulas are developed for calculating the expected frequency of behaviour and of social interactions in each age-sex category or other class, particularly when the study population changes composition during the study, given the null hypothesis either of constant but unknown rates of behaviour that are independent of class, or of class-specific rates per individual.Mesh:
