Abstract
We report a case of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis which presented as back pain in a 14-yr-old male. The full distribution of the spinal lesions was determined by MRI, which proved to be more sensitive than other imaging modalities. After 1 yr, in spite of a good symptomatic response to corticosteroid therapy, new MRI abnormalities had developed.Entities:
