Abstract
We report a case of nipple hypertrophy in male gynecomastia. By raising 4 small quadrant flaps on the areolar-nipple junction, we were able to do an appropriate core excision of the gynecomastia and hypertrophied nipple--and closure of the flaps produced a small simulated nipple.Entities:
