Abstract
Transseptal transsphenoidal surgery is the most widely accepted operative procedure for sellar and suprasellar lesions. About 35% out of fifty-four cases operated by this procedure at our centre had rhinological complications. Possible mechanism involved and their prevention and management is discussed herewith.Mesh:
