Abstract
One hundred sixty patients affected by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of the posterior semicircular canal were treated with Semont's maneuver. Complete recovery after only one session was achieved in more than 50% of cases. After a maximum of five sessions, almost all patients had recovered; only 8 needed another kind of rehabilitation. No drug therapy was required for any patient.Entities:
